Safaris in the Lower Zambezi National Park
When it comes to National parks in Zambia the Lower Zambezi is special due to it’s history: It used to be the private reserve of the president and has therefore kept much of it’s pristine wilderness intact. Unlike many other National parks there are no paved roads and you are very unlikely to encounter any other vehicle or tourist while traveling around.
Even better: When you stay in 0ne of the fly camps of Tusk & Mane you’ll have guaranteed privacy, as it is located on a completely uninhabited island. The only way to reach the camp is by boat and from here on you can go on walking safaris, that bring some of the most unexpected and riveting wildlife & nature moments. Even for experienced Africa travellers, this is something special!
